The lucky 30+ of us who were at Maggiano's Perimeter Mall last night for Ian Woodall's story of his multiple climbs of Mount Everest -- and the associated leadership lessons -- experienced an evening we will not soon forget.

Barb Giamanco, CEO of Talent Builders, Inc., received the 2009 Results Count award from Atlanta Women in Business today, with 30 women applauding her achievements over lunch at Maggiano's. "Results Count" is Atlanta Women in Business's award program, established in 2004. It is annually given to a woman whose business has shown significant growth over the course of the preceding year and made a positive impact in the community. That certainly applies to Barb and her company!
